Obituary of Esther Piazza

Esther Piazza, 79, of Howell Township passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014. Esther was born in Brooklyn and had lived in Staten Island before moving to the Freehold/Howell area. She was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Esther was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Piazza in 2012. She is survived by two sons, Michael Piazza and his wife, Colleen of Mt. Pocono, PA and Anthony Piazza and his wife, Dana of Freehold Township; a daughter, Charlotte Ann McCue and her husband, Kevin of Freehold Township; a sister, Loretta Vitale of Oakdale, NY; eight grandchildren, Frankie, Amanda, Anthony, Kristin, Michael, Wesley, Justin and Jennifer; and one great granddaughter, Isabel. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold for her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass.
