Obituary of John Gyuro

John J. Gyuro, 57, of Little Egg Harbor passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. John was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Jackson before moving to Little Egg Harbor 6 years ago. Prior to retiring in 2000, he was an elevator mechanic for New York City Housing Authority. John was predeceased by his father, Leslie Gyuro. He is survived by his wife, Louise Gyuro of Little Egg Harbor; a daughter, Angela Gyuro of Elkton, MD; a son, John Gyuro of Little Egg Harbor; his mother, Josephine Tortorici Gyuro of Brooklyn; four sisters, Rebecca Rendeiro of Middletown, DE, Johanna Gyuro of Brooklyn, Adrian Gyuro of Staten Island and Josephine Pignata of Florida. Visitation will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, February 21, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:30 AM funeral service on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the funeral home. Entombment to follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
