Obituary of Filippo Lombardo

Filippo "Philip" Lombardo, 93, of Howell Township passed away at home on Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Philip was born in Italy. He was a baker at Falcone Bakery, Brooklyn. Philip is survived by his wife, Louise Lombardo; a son, Salvatore Lombardo of Flushing, NY; and a daughter, Frances Lombardo of Williamsport, PA. Visitation will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township for his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass. Cremation will be private. Inurnment in Brig. General Wm. C. Doyle New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown at the convenience of the family.
