Henry Evans

Obituary of Henry W. Evans

Henry W. Evans, 40, of Jackson passed away from a motorcycle accident on Sunday, May 7, 2023 in Howell.  Henry was born in Long Branch and raised throughout Monmouth County.  He lived in Farmingdale and North Carolina prior to settling in Jackson in 2020.  He was solar electrician foreman for Solar Landscape, Asbury Park.  Previously he worked at A-Lert, Environmental Landscape Design, Tom Taylor Landscaping and owned and operated Evans Solar & General Contracting.  Henry was truly a jack of all trades.  He could build, weld, or fix anything.  “He was the guy to call.”  An outdoors man, Henry relished his time camping and Kayaking.  He took great pleasure in riding anything from four wheelers to things without engines but he especially enjoyed his 2016 Dyna Low Rider S and his 1950 Pan Head.  Yet nothing compared to the love he had for his wife and children.

Henry was predeceased by his father, Henry D. Evans.  He is survived by his wife, whom he has had a relationship since he was 14, Danielle Evans; children, Zadyn, Mikayla, and Jaxson; mother and step-father, Lynn and David Spivey; step-mother, Connie Evans; siblings, Stephanie Francolla, Nikole Evans and her husband, Justin VanSickle, and Sandi Evans; nieces and nephews, Lucy, Olivia, Madison, and twins, Ino and G; father-in-law, John Musto; mother-in-law, Debi Kauffman and her husband, Doug; sister-in-law, Jessica Musto; and numerous chosen family and friends.
