Obituary of Glenn M. Ketcham

Glenn M. Ketcham, 80, of Howell passed away at home on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  He was born in Neptune and raised and had lived in Asbury Park and Belmar before moving to Howell 30 years ago.  Glenn worked as a driver for Muccio, LLC, then Harris Brothers, and later as a dispatcher for Freehold Cartage, Inc. in the Hazardous Waste Division prior to his retirement in 2018.  A huge sports fanatic, in his younger years he was a great athlete.  Glenn followed baseball, football and basketball specifically rooting for the NY Yankees and NY Giants. 

Glenn was predeceased by his son, Michael Ketcham; and brother, Stanley Ketcham, Jr.  He is survived by his son, David Ketcham and his wife, Lori of Spring Lake Heights; two grandsons, Spencer and Miles; his sister, Patti Anderson and her husband, Milton of Howell; nephew, Wayne Ketcham and his wife, Anne; and niece, Megan Jansen and her husband, Thomas. 

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.  Interment will be private.  For those who desire, contributions may be made in memory of both Glenn and Michael to The Advancement Office, St. Rose High School, 607 7th Avenue, Belmar, NJ 07719 or HERE, for a scholarship fund that will be created in the future.  For information, directions or to leave condolence messages for the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
