Obituary of James Daniel Morris

James Daniel Morris, 69, of Neptune passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at  Jersey Shore University Medical Center. James is survived by his family: spouse, Ruth K. Morris  of Neptune, daughter, Erika Morris and son-in-law, James Fitzgerald of Weehawken, and sons,  Mark Morris and Josh Morris of Neptune. James earned a master’s degree of theology from the  Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. He was characterized by a  nurturing personality and was a licensed chaplain and hospice care-giver. James was a devoted,  proud father and enjoyed traveling with his family. He found enjoyment with remodeling  projects and was an avid sports enthusiast.
