Obituary of Frank J. Chillemi

Frank J. Chillemi, 87, of Howell peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, December 12, 2020. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, lived in Staten Island, and settled to Howell 1993. Frank worked as a distributer for Coca-Cola for over 20 years. He loved golf, softball, and trips to Atlantic City. Frank liked playing Texas Hold ‘Em and had a love for horses which led to his fondness of harness racing. Above all, he always made time to get on his “Grand Pad” to stay connected with his family.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 64 years, Anna Chillemi; four brothers; and two sisters. Frank is survived by his children, Deborah Grote and her husband, Ray of Newman, GA, Frank Chillemi and his wife, Sarah of Holbrook, NY, and DiAnne Calabrisotto and her husband, Joe of Manalapan, NJ; grandchildren, Raymond Grote and his wife, Alia, Samantha Chillemi-Berenz and her husband, Daniel, Laura Avitable and her husband, Rob, George Grote, Thomas Grote, Talia Caruso and her husband, James, Joseph Calabrisotto, and Christopher Calabrisotto; great grandchildren, Sophia, Lena, Ophelia, and baby Berenz on the way; siblings, Yolanda Gagliano, and Eugene Chillemi and his wife, Caroline; and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
