Obituary of Suzanne Schmitt

Suzanne Schmitt, 56, of Howell passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. She was born in Newark, raised in Fairfield, and settled to Howell in 1994. Suzanne worked as an office manager for Third Generation Heating & Cooling for many years. She was selfless with a big heart, always putting others before herself. Suzanne’s loving and compassionate nature drove her to be charitable and nurturing to all children. Above all, she was a devoted mother, daughter, and sister.

She is survived by her children, Christopher and Nicholas Miscia of Howell, Giana and Isabella Chiappone of Barnegat; her parents, Robert and Janice Schmitt of Howell; siblings, Robert Schmitt of Freehold, and MaryAnne Hofer and her husband, Brett of Byram; nieces and nephews, Jessica, Michael, Julia, Olivia, and Hollis; and dear friends and extended family members.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM graveside service on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Atlantic View Cemetery and Mausoleum, 49 Forest Ave, Manasquan.
