Obituary of Dennis Alex Pacyna
Dennis Alex Pacyna, 74, of Manalapan passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at home. He was born in New Brunswick, raised in Spotswood, and settled in Manalapan in 1971. Dennis proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a foreman for Eii, Inc. in Cranford for over thirty years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and gardening. Dennis was a true artist and craftsman, with a passion for drawing, comics, and woodworking. He also loved music, especially Doo-wop and Motown. Most of all, Dennis was a traditional family man and loved being a grandpa.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jeanne Pacyna of Manalapan; children, Laurie Pfremmer and her husband, Greg Pfremmer, Jr. of Jackson, Daniel Pacyna and his wife, Megan of Flemington, and Leigh Ann Pacyna of Toms River; six grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Thomas, Benjamin, Luke, and Kathrine; and two brothers, Thomas Pacyna of Spotswood and Patrick Pacyna of Spotswood.
A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM for the procession to his 11:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson.
