Obituary of Theresa J. Kopf

Theresa J. Kopf, 86, of Aurora, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was born in Paterson, New Jersey on June 17, 1931 to parents Joseph and Julia Cozzolino Cusmai. A homemaker, Mrs. Kopf lived in Freehold and Jackson, New Jersey, before moving to Illinois. She enjoyed reading, traveling, and attending the opera and Broadway shows.

Mrs. Kopf was predeceased by her husband, Seymour Kopf. She is survived by one son, Barry J. Kopf and his wife, Ruth of Egg Harbor Township, NJ; one daughter, Donna L. Fisher of Aurora, IL; five grandchildren, David, Brian, and Rebecca Kopf and Daniel and Christopher Fisher; and several loving nieces and nephews.

There will be a receiving of family and friends at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township from 10:30 to 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 21, 2018, with words of remembrance to follow at 11:00 AM.  Memorial contributions in Theresa’s name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the donor’s favorite charity.
