Obituary of Gaetano Rotondo

Gaetano Rotondo, 76, of Jackson Township passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, Lakewood.  Born are raised in Brooklyn, he had lived on Staten Island before settling in Jackson Township.  Gaetano worked as a bus driver for 20 years.

Gaetano is survived by his wife of 46 years, Anne Rotondo of Jackson Township; children, Renee Nicastro and her husband, Robert of Howell, and Joseph Rotondo and his wife, Sondra of Hazlet; and grandsons, Anthony, Nicholas, Jared, Christopher, and Joseph.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 9:30 AM Funeral Mass at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson Township on Friday, September 22, 2017.  Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood.  For those who desire, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Attn: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, PO Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
