Obituary of Vincent Liberatore

Vincent R. Liberatore, 94, of Marlboro passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Sunrise of Marlboro. Vincent was born in Jersey City, and lived in Hasbrouck Heights and Franklin Lakes before settling in Marlboro in 1990. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Trodyne Corporation specializing in aircraft instruments. Vincent enjoyed traveling the world with his wife Madeline. He was a musician at the age of 14, playing the drums for his orchestra, Vinnie Richards Orchestra. Inventor of the pressure indicators used on helicopter blades and proud owner of a '67 Cheoy Lee yacht. Vincent also provided dedicated service during WWII in Alaska Aleutians. Vincent was predeceased by his beloved wife of over 60 years, Madeline Liberatore. He is survived by his son, Louis Liberatore of Florida, his daughter, Helene Brady of Freehold Township; four grandchildren, Rachel Liberatore and her husband, Michael Barry of Brooklyn NY, Elizabeth Meehan and her husband, James from Pennsylvania, Jennifer Brady of Jersey City, and Stephanie Liberatore of Florida; great granddaughter Phoebe Madeline Meehan of Pennsylvania; and also left behind many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 10:30 to 12:30 PM. Entombment will follow at St. Gabriel's Chapel Mausoleum, 549 County Route 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746.
