Obituary of Richard Boyd

Richard James Boyd, 63, of Brick passed away at home with his wife and two sons at his side. He was born in Paterson and had lived in Great Kills, Staten Island before moving to New Jersey. Richard was the lead mental health therapist at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township for over twenty years. He was an active member of Kuban Cossacks and attends St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Howell. Richard is survived by his wife, Diane M. Boyd of Brick; and two sons, Alex Boyd of Orlando, FL and Christopher Boyd of Brick. A visitation will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, May 8, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Pannyhida is scheduled to take place at the Cathedral at St. Alexander Nevsky, 200 Alexander Avenue, Howell on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 9:30 AM funeral service on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the Cathedral at St. Alexander Nevsky.
