Paulina is lovingly remembered by her three children, Betty Wickert (Peter), Nancy Spertos (Steven) and Anthony Chugranis. Paulina was the beloved “Yiayia” of Ashley, Matthew, George and Ava. Paulina’s greatest joy in life was her family, whom she treasured above all else. Her legacy will be lived on through all of them.
A proud Greek matriarch, she shared her love through her unbelievable cooking, creating beautiful memories around her table with dishes like her famous Greek chicken, perfectly roasted lemon potatoes, and delicious spanakopita. Her kitchen was a place of laughter, love, and tradition, where every meal was a celebration of family and heritage.
