Obituary of Arlene P. Stackewicz

Arlene Stackewicz, 83, of Point Pleasant passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Crest Point Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.  Arlene was born in Jersey City and was raised and had lived in Kearny.  She then lived in Hillside before settling in Point Pleasant in the 1980’s.  Arlene retired as a switchboard operator for Bell Telephone in Newark.  In her younger years she liked to travel.  Recently, Arlene took interest in tattoos, good food and watching television.

Arlene was predeceased by her siblings, Dolores Laird, Daniel Dabroski, Thomas Dabroski, and Gary Dabroski.  She is survived by her sister, Carol Michel; three nieces; three nephews; seventeen great nieces and nephews; and was a special godmother to Daniel Malles.
