Obituary of Mafalda Macaluso

Mafalda “Muffy” Macaluso, 94, of Freehold passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at The Manor, Freehold Township. Born in Russelton, PA, she lived most of her life and raised her family in Brooklyn, NY before retiring to The Villages, Freehold in 1992.

She is predeceased by her husband, Fred M. Macaluso in 1985; her son, Fred Michael Macaluso in 1996; and all seven of her siblings. Muffy is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Macaluso; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM funeral service, officiated by Rev. Ken Jasko, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the funeral home.
